Our Team

Adeoluwa Felix Olanrewaju, PhD (Intercultural Studies). He has been involved in cross-culture Adeoluwachurch planting, discipleship, research, training, mobilization, and missions leadership. He has served as the dean of academics at the Nigeria Evangelical Missionary Institute (NEMI) in Jos, Nigeria. He is currently the director of finance and administration at the Nigeria Evangelical Missions Association (NEMA). He can be reached via oadeoluwafelix@gmail.com.

 

Chris MaynardChris Maynard: Working with global missions data to serve global networks.  Supporting all types of mission information workers, first through service to CMIW from its beginning, now as Registrar with Harvest Information Standards, as Synergist for Mission Information Work with the WEA Mission Commission and as associate with OC’s Global Research Team.  Judy and Chris live in West Wales, UK, close to their two adult daughters and one grandchild.

 

DuaneDuane Frasier: Duane works with Joshua Project, helping to see God glorified through an abundance of Christ followers within every people group. He and Erika live in Colorado Springs with their sons, Michael and William. Their greatest joy is to demonstrate that the Christ welcomes everyone to know and follow him.
 

 

Jennifer Poling: Jennifer PolingJennifer is a member of the One Challenge Global Research Team and also homeschools. She lives in Washington state with her husband Don and their three children. LarryLarry Kraft: Larry and his wife Stephanie are dual citizens of Brazil and the US, and have served as missionaries and co-workers in research with OC International for over 35 years. They graduated together from Johns Hopkins University and both also received an MA in missiology from the Fuller School of World Mission.  Larry has been ordained as an elder in the US and Brazilian Presbyterian churches. He served as Director of Research for OC’s Brazil affiliate (Sepal, Brasil) from 1987-2004, and as Senior Research Consultant for OC’s North Africa / Middle East / Central Asia regions from 2004-2011.  He is currently OC's Global Director of Research Emeritus, and a Lausanne Catalyst for Research and Strategic Information.

 

TinocoRodrigo Tinoco:  Rodrigo Tinoco is a member of SEPAL (Brazil) and FCBH (USA). Since 2010, he has been using data to identify 'oral people groups' who have not heard of Jesus Christ (UPG and UUPG). In order to facilitate access to the Scriptures through the Audio Bible. He is passionate about the knowledge stewardship. He has ten years of experience working and living in the USA and China. Married to Sarah, together they have 4 children. Since 2016, they have been based in Brasília, Brazil.
 

StephanieStephanie Kraft:  Stephanie is a member of the Global Research Team of One Challenge.  A dual Brazil-USA citizen, she has been involved with the Lausanne International Researchers Conferences since 2005.  She serves as a UK Trustee of the Global Church Planting Network.  Stephanie is an Associate of the WEA-MC and is accredited as an ACC Coach with the International Coach Federation.  She is married to Larry, a mother of two, and grandmother of three.
